FIREARM TRANSFER POLICY

Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirement

All firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to the purchaser.

Selecting an FFL Dealer

To help prevent delays, please contact your intended FFL dealer prior to ordering to inquire about restrictions, required documents, background checks, fees, and shipment notification procedures. When placing your order, enter the receiving FFL dealer's name and address as the shipping address.

You can contact Rogers to verify if your FFL dealer is already on file. If not, either you or your FFL dealer can email a copy to Help@RogersSportingGoods.com and it will be kept on file until the expiration date.

* PayPal cannot be used for firearm purchases. Any order containing a firearm that is submitted using PayPal as the payment method will be canceled.

Shipment and Transfer Process

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email listing the requirements while we review your order. If we do not have your selected FFL dealer on file, you may receive an additional email requesting a copy of the dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL). Your order will be held for up to 7 business days while we await the required FFL dealer information. If the information is not received within that time frame, the order may be canceled.

Once we have verified the FFL dealer’s information, your order will be released for shipment. Firearms will be shipped directly to the designated FFL dealer, where the purchaser must complete all required federal, state, and local background check and transfer requirements before taking possession of the firearm.

Customer Responsibilities

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate FFL dealer information and arranging the transfer.
  • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws.
  • Paying any transfer, background check, or administrative fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.
  • Inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer. If you identify any shipping damage, defects, or discrepancies, do not complete the transfer. Leave the firearm with the FFL dealer and contact us immediately for assistance

Order Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any firearm order that cannot be legally shipped, transferred, or possessed under applicable federal, state, or local law. Orders may also be canceled if required FFL information is not provided within the requested time frame.
