Tim Grounds ‘Pro Super Mag' is another successful story. It has the same profile of the Super Mag but with a lengthened, more open insert. This insert enables the caller to create less back pressure. It comes equipped with the innovative drop gut system and also a shaved reed. In 2003, 2005, and 2007, Hunter Grounds won the WORLD Goose Calling Title using this versatile ‘PRO Super Mag'.
When the Triple Crown guts became available Hunter added those to his stage call. This call has won contests all across the states, from the World, World Open, Bass Pro, Sportsman's, International, Liv for a Cure; it is Hunter's stage call of choice. It has a great, quick reed response. It will go from the deepest guttural laydowns to the most powerful triple clucks.
