Mondo 2B Duck Call

The Mondo 2B, is RNT’s version of the J.Stephens Axe. Super raspy, deep tone, ultra-realistic quacks, soft clucks, with plenty of punch on top. Lengthened distance from the cork slot to the end of the stopper, creating more back pressure while lengthening its drill hole and backbore and increasing the diameter in the final bore. Features a grooved tone board to help alleviate excess moisture build-up.

The RNT Mondo line of calls are all made in honor of the modified D2 Olt. Many duck guides and hunters over the years made their reputations shooting ducks in the large tracts of hardwood bottoms of the lower Mississippi Flyway using a modified, or as some called them, cutdown Olts. Most were tuned to fit the person using them or bought and re-tuned for other hunters. The Mondo line gives you those great sounds that will turn a green top inside out and not have to worry about losing a family heirloom or treasured old black call. Due to the many different styles of blowing and tuning a Modified Olt, we currently offer different versions of the Mondo to better suit each individual caller.
