Redesigned and better than ever, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reel delivers a lighter, more compact construction that caters to discerning anglers. Five-percent lighter than the previous model, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reels feature a unique X-Mag magnesium alloy, one-piece gear box design, without IAR system for no-slip clutch performance.
To further reduce weight while providing seamless line management, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reels are fitted with a carbon reinforced bail, Rocket line management, and a Rocket spool lip design that promotes extended casting distance. As tough as it is light, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reel is built with a system of HPCR bearings that deliver exceptional corrosion resistance and super-smooth operation.
Backed by a number of premium features and top of the line components, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reel is built with a C6 carbon rotor and a C6 carbon body that helps eliminate unnecessary weight. Complete with a compact carbon handle and an EVA handle knob, the Abu Garcia REVO MGX Spinning Reel utilizes state of the art design to achieve the type of lightweight performance that anglers have come to expect from the MGX.
